Attorney at Law Petar Gagro, LL.M.
Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad on September 7, 2018. He defended his Master's thesis titled “Decision on Costs in ICSID Investment Arbitration” on November 7, 2019. During his undergraduate studies, he actively participated in numerous extracurricular activities, including practical training programs at the Basic and Higher Courts (criminal and civil departments) in Novi Sad, as well as at the Basic, Higher, and Appellate Prosecutor’s Offices in Novi Sad. Through his involvement with the International Law Section and the Moot Court Center at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad, he also participated in the Legal Clinic for Combating Human Trafficking. He took part in the XI Regional Moot Court Competition before the European Court of Human Rights (Civil Rights Defenders, 2016–2017) and was a scholarship recipient from the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.
He actively participated in the BEKOP international seminar on mediation held on November 3, 2019, in Belgrade.
He passed the judicial exam in September 2021, and the attorney exam three months later. He took the attorney’s oath on March 10, 2022, and has been practicing law independently since then as a member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina.
He completed the following professional trainings:
- Training for Attorneys on the Procedural Role of Proxy – OSCE, May 28, 2022.
- Training in Criminal Procedural Law – Cross-Examination Skills – Bar Association of Vojvodina Academy, May 2022.
- Freedom of Expression and Freedom of the Media in South-East Europe – JUREX 2022.
- Training for Representation of Minors as Perpetrators and Victims of Criminal Offenses – Judicial Academy, January 2023, after which he obtained certification and authorization to represent and defend minors.
He participated as a panelist in the Bar Association of Vojvodina Academy event titled “The Work of a Legal Trainee and the Legal Profession” held on September 28, 2022.
Actively participates in the work of the branch of the Bar Association of Vojvodina in Novi Sad as a delegate in the assembly of the branch of the Bar Association of Vojvodina in Novi Sad since 2025.
He is currently continuing his doctoral studies at the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad as of 2023. As a doctoral candidate in the Private Law module within the narrower field of civil law, he is preparing to defend his pre-doctoral dissertation titled “Development of the Institute of the Gift Contract” in 2024.

Attorney at Law Aleksa Čobanov
Graduated from the Faculty of Law in Novi Sad on April 4, 2019. During his studies, he completed practical training at the Basic and Higher Courts in Novi Sad.
He completed his legal internship under attorney Vladimir Beljanski.
He passed the judicial exam in September 2022, and the attorney exam several months later. He took the attorney’s oath on May 9, 2023, and has been practicing law independently since then as a member of the Bar Association of Vojvodina.
He holds a certificate confirming specialized knowledge in child law and juvenile delinquency, authorizing him to represent juvenile offenders and minors as victims in all stages of the proceedings.
Within the Bar Association of Vojvodina, pro bono legal assistance is provided to students and other citizens who have been detained, arrested, or subpoenaed in connection with their participation in peaceful protest gatherings.
He speaks English fluently and holds a C2 Proficiency (CPE) certificate.
